Scripture : Ephesians 5:20
Topic : Thank God FOR everything in your life. 

"Giving thanks always FOR all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;" 
Ephesians 5:20

Give thanks for everything. This is what the Bible teaches us. Thank God for the good! Thank God for the bad! Thank God for the ugly! 

There are many things in our lives that we do not want, we do not like and we wish were otherwise. But the scripture commands us to thank God for everything. As you say “thank you” to God for everything, the power of God will be released in your life. Giving thanks is an open door that brings the power of the Holy Spirit into your life. 

Indeed, it is understandable if we have to thank God in some circumstances. But do we have to give thanks for everything? That is a big question! Is it God who has allowed all these things to happen? Give thanks for everything.

Scripture : Romans 1:21 Topic : Unthankfulness in a person is a door to many evils.  "Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, NEITHER WERE THANKFUL; BUT BECAME VAIN IN THEIR IMAGINATIONS, AND THEIR FOOLISH HEART WAS DARKENED..."  Romans 1:21 The scripture above shows us clearly that many of the evils and perversions in this world came through unthankfulness.
