Scripture: Ephesians 2:2-3
Topic: The Sweet Influences of the Anointing on your ability to be Holy.

In this series of quiet time we will be looking at the sweet influences of the anointing on your ability to be Holy. Do you want to stop living the life of fleshly fulfilment? You need the Holy Spirit to help you become pure. Pray for the Holy Spirit! Ask for the Holy Spirit! He will help you! 

And you were dead in your trespasses and sins, in which you formerly walked according to the course of this world, ACCORDING TO THE PRINCE of the power of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience.
Among  them we too all formerly lived in the lust of our flesh, INDULGING THE DESIRES OF THE FLESH AND OF THE MIND, and were by nature children of wrath, even as the rest.

Ephesians 2:2-3

Lets look at the different ways in which the Holy Spirit  influences your ability to be holy. 

1. The Holy Spirit enables you to resist the lust of your flesh. The sweet influences of the Holy Sprit puts you under a supernatural power that enables you not to fulfil , obey or yield to the desires of your flesh. Without the influence of the Holy Spirit, you will be consumed by the raging desire that are common to all men. 

This I say then, WALK IN THE SPIRIT, AND YE SHAL NOT FULFIL THE LUST of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would do.

Galatians 5:16-17
