Scripture: 1 Peter 1:18-19
Topic: The Supernatural Abilities of the Blood.

In this series of quiet time we will look at the blood of Jesus. The blood of Jesus has supernatural power. Through the blood of Jesus, major spiritual changes take place in your life. None of these changes are natural. Every change that comes about in your life through the blood of Jesus is supernatural. Most people are aware of the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit. Many people speak of the supernatural power  of angels. Some people know about the supernatural power of Jehovah. But few people know about the supernatural power of the blood of Jesus. Indeed, there is a great supernatural power in the blood of our Saviour. 


1. The blood of Jesus has supernatural power that never expires.
The blood of Jesus never loses it s power. The blood of Jesus will last forever. It is eternal blood and will always have the power to wash away sins. 

Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not REDEEMED with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But WITH THE PRECIOUS BLOOD OF CHRIST, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

1Peter 1:18-19

2. The blood of Jesus has the supernatural power to save you from your well-deserved punishment.
We all deserve to be punished from our sins. There is none amongst us that is innocent. No one can claim that he does not deserve to go to hell. So, what can deliver us from the punishment we deserve? Only the blood of Jesus can miraculously save us from our well-deserved punishment.
