THE SECOND DETERMINANT: STRENGTH - PART 2

THE SECOND DETERMINANT: STRENGTH - PART 2
Scriptures: Ecclesiastes 9:11, Isaiah 28:6
Topic: Strength determines your ability to fight against your enemy

The determinants are the characteristics and the virtues that determine the outcome of everything we do. Determinants affect every area of life and govern both spiritual and non-spiritual things.

This series of our Quiet Time is a study on the Second determinant identified by Solomon; STRENGTH. It is important to know and understand the determinants identified by King Solomon and use these determinants to move your life forward. To ignore the power of the determinants is to ignore what usually governs and controls life on this earth.

"I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the STRONG, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all."
Ecclesiastes 9:11

2. Strength determines your ability to fight against your enemy.

"And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and FOR STRENGTH TO THEM THAT TURN THE BATTLE TO THE GATE."
Isaiah 28:6

The man of strength is able to turn the battle to the gates: your strength determines if the battle will turn to the gates of the enemy. Strength determines a person’s ability to fight. There are many good fights in this life. A good fight is a fight for something good. A good fight is a worthy fight. Strength determines a person’s ability to persist in a fight. Strength determines a person’s ability to survive. Strength determines a person’s ability to win.
