THE SECOND DETERMINANT: STRENGTH - PART 10
THE SECOND DETERMINANT: STRENGTH - PART 10
Scriptures: Ecclesiastes 9:11, 2 Samuel 13:12-14
Topic: Your strength determines whether people cheat you or not
The determinants are the characteristics and the virtues that determine the outcome of everything we do. Determinants affect every area of life and govern both spiritual and non-spiritual things.
This series of our Quiet Time is a study on the Second determinant identified by Solomon; STRENGTH. It is important to know and understand the determinants identified by King Solomon and use these determinants to move your life forward. To ignore the power of the determinants is to ignore what usually governs and controls life on this earth.
"I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the STRONG, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all."
Ecclesiastes 9:11
10. Your strength determines whether people cheat you or not.
The stronger you are the less likely people will be able to cheat you.
"And she answered him, nay, my brother, do not force me; for no such thing ought to be done in Israel: do not thou this folly. And I, whither shall I cause my shame to go? And as for thee, thou shalt be as one of the fools in Israel. Now therefore, I pray thee, speak unto the king; for he will not withhold me from thee.HOWBEIT HE WOULD NOT HEARKEN UNTO HER VOICE: BUT, BEING STRONGER THAN SHE, FORCED HER, AND LAY WITH HER."
2 Samuel 13:12-14
