Labour for favour by being righteous. 

"FOR THOU, LORD, WILT BLESS THE RIGHTEOUS; WITH FAVOUR wilt thou compass him as with a shield. "
Psalms 5:12

Righteousness is attractive. When people lose their holiness and purity, they lose favour. Sin causes you to lose favour. 

Put away your sin and unrighteous life. God will favour you and choose you!
