Labour to Have Favour because Favour Leads to Wealth.

"And I WILL GIVE THIS PEOPLE FAVOUR in the sight of the Egyptians: and it shall come to pass, that, when ye go, YE SHALL NOT GO EMPTY:?
Exodus 3:21

The Israelites had favour and they walked away with the wealth of Egypt. The Egyptians laboured for riches.  The Israelites received favour.  The Egyptians who had laboured for riches handed them over to the Israelites who were favoured.  When God favours you, people will hand over their riches to you. People  who have laboured all their lives for riches will give it to you whom God has favoured.  

"And the children of Israel did according to the word of Moses; and they borrowed of the Egyptians jewels of silver, and jewels of gold, and raiment: AND THE LORD GAVE THE PEOPLE FAVOUR IN THE SIGHT OF THE EGYPTIANS, SO THAT THEY LENT UNTO THEM SUCH THINGS AS THEY REQUIRED. And they spoiled the Egyptians."
Exodus 12:35-36
