HOW TO LABOUR FOR THE BLESSING OF FAVOUR - PART 2
Scripture: Proverbs 3:3-4

Labour for favour by being merciful and truthful. 

"LET NOT MERCY AND TRUTH FORSAKE THEE: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart: SO SHALT THOU FIND FAVOUR and good understanding in the sight of God and man."
Proverbs 3:3-4

Telling the truth and being merciful are very important when it comes to finding favour. 

It is very distasteful to see a supervisor being nasty to the few people under his power, when you know that he himself has so many shortcomings. When a supervisor is merciful to others you are more attracted to him.
