Seeds Part 7
SEEDS
Scripture: Malachi 3:10
Topic: Seeds Part 7
In this series of our quiet time, we shall examine the impact of seeds. Sowing seeds is a biblical principle no matter what is said against it. Everything in the world exists based on this same principle.
7. The tithe is a special seed that can be sown
This special seed, entitles you to a harvest of open heavens. This special seed entitles you to have the devourer rebuked.
“Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.”
Malachi 3:10
If you have been in Christendom for some time now, you would have probably heard several and different views on this all-time important Biblical practice. I do not intend to go into all that, but the question to be asked is did Jesus abolished the paying of tithe in the New Testament.? The answer is an emphatic NO! This answer does not originate from the mind of man but from the very mouth of Jesus.
“What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb gardens, but you ignore the more important aspects of the law- justice, mercy, and faith. You should tithe, yes, but do not neglect the more important things.”
Matthew 23:23 NLT

He that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.

Wow!! Tithe is a seed that entitles me to open heavens and having the devourer rebuked over my life. Contrary to popular misconceptions by unbelieving believers Jesus did not abolish the tithe. Scripture is very clear.
ReplyDeleteWoow the tithe is an up-to-date functional principle that still works!!! It is what entitles you to have an open heaven amazing
