HOW YOU CAN ENTER THE PRESENCE OF GOD WITH THANKSGIVING -PART 2

THANKSGIVING 
Scripture: Romans 1:19-24
Topic: How You Can Enter the Presence of God With Thanksgiving Part 2

In this series of quiet time we will learn the importance of thanksgiving to God whenever you approach God. It is my prayer that after this you will begin to experience the tangible presence of God each time You approach Him.

2. The presence of God is lost by being unthankful.

The opposite is also true. Being unthankful attracts evil spirits and drives away the presence of God.  When you are unthankful, you drive God away.  When you are unthankful, you drive away good people who love you and want to help you. No one wants to continue being nice to someone who is unthankful.  Ungrateful people are the most unattractive people. They repel good company and drive away the very people that they need.  The presence of God is dismissed by the attitude of unthankfulness.  

"Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: BECAUSE THAT, WHEN THEY KNEW GOD, THEY GLORIFIED HIM NOT AS GOD, NEITHER WERE THANKFUL; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. WHEREFORE GOD ALSO GAVE THEM UP to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:"
Romans 1:19-24

In the scripture above, human beings lose the presence of God because of their unthankfulness. When human beings fail to glorify God and give Him thanks, they drive away the presence of God.  Today, huge sections of Europe and America do not acknowledge God, do not praise God, do not glorify God and are not thankful to God.  Because of this, the presence of God has departed from Europe and large parts of America.  Even when they discovered wonderful details about the planets and the stars, human beings did not glorify God or praise Him or thank Him.  Because of this, God gave them up and removed His presence. Today, the presence of God can hardly be found in some of these advanced European countries. When the presence of God departed from Europe, the continent was overrun by various perversions.  When the presence of God is taken away, you are exposed to other strong spiritual forces that rush in.   

When the Israelites were delivered from Egypt with mighty signs and wonders, they were not thankful.  They were ungrateful to God in spite of all the miracles He had done for them. They lost the presence of God and evil spirits invaded them.  The opposite of being thankful is complaining and murmuring.  When the Israelites complained and murmured, evil spirits invaded their ranks. They were destroyed by several plagues, diseases and evils.  It is important to maintain a thankful spirit when you want to maintain the presence of God.  It is important to maintain a positive, thankful attitude if you are to have the presence of God.    

"NEITHER MURMUR YE, AS SOME OF THEM ALSO MURMURED, AND WERE DESTROYED of the destroyer. Now all these things happened unto them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come."
1 Corinthians 10:10-11

    Unthankful attitude drives away the presence of God. It is crucial to maintain a thankful heart so as God's presence will not be dismissed from us and evil spirit enter us.🙌🙌
